Privacy and data handling
One Ounce Eagle Pty Ltd, ABN 12 677 803 888, trading as Untwined, is responsible for the website information described in this notice. Contact hello@untwined.com.au about privacy. This notice covers website analytics, enquiries, bookings, software waitlist requests and previously requested AI reports. Updated 31 October 2026.
Share enough context for us to understand your enquiry. Leave out passwords, confidential records and sensitive personal information.
Enquiries, confirmations and follow-up.
We store submitted enquiry details and use Resend to send a submission confirmation to the address you provide and notify Untwined. Untwined uses Streak in its Google inbox to record enquiries and manage follow-up. This includes your submitted name, email, phone number, business and message, together with the enquiry reference and notification thread.
Sending a general enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or book a meeting. The software waitlist has a separate consent checkbox for marketing and promotional emails from Untwined. When you tick it and join, we record your email, the consent wording and version, and the submission time. Resend sends your confirmation and a notification to Untwined; Streak records the notification for follow-up. You can opt out at any time by replying Unsubscribe to an email from us or emailing hello@untwined.com.au to unsubscribe. We review and action those requests manually within five working days. Provider acceptance, a saved reference and inbox or CRM delivery are separate steps.
Share the situation, not the records.
The assessment asks about your work, priorities, business size and current setup. You then provide an email address so we can send your report.
Leave out passwords, customer or employee records, confidential documents and sensitive information.
When you contact us.
We use the name, email address, phone number, company and message you submit to review and respond to your enquiry. All five Contact fields are required.
Sites stores the enquiry in this website’s database. Resend emails a notification to Untwined, including your enquiry and a reply address. A saved reference confirms storage; it does not confirm email delivery or that we have read your message.
Why we use this information.
For people covered by EU or UK data-protection law, our legitimate interests are to respond to business enquiries, arrange requested conversations, fulfil requested reports and protect this website from misuse. We use the information needed for those purposes and consider your rights and reasonable expectations.
Where you personally ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we use information necessary for those steps. This does not mean every visitor or employee making an enquiry has entered a contract with us.
Optional website analytics and marketing emails each rely on your separate permission. You can withdraw either at any time. We do not treat a general enquiry, a booking, analytics permission or this privacy notice as marketing consent.
Website fonts.
This website uses Manrope and DM Sans from the Google Fonts collection. We serve the font files from this website, so loading the fonts does not connect your browser to Google.
Booking a conversation.
Bookings use Google Calendar. On desktop, the calendar on our Contact page loads automatically after the page has loaded. On mobile, it loads when you select Book a call. In the separate booking popup, it loads when you choose Load Google Calendar. Google receives technical information from your browser when the calendar loads and may use cookies. It processes any booking details you enter under its own privacy arrangements. Untwined uses the booking information to arrange and manage your conversation. You can also contact us by email.
How the requested report is made.
The website checks your report request, then Cloudflare stores your email, answers, report and processing records and handles background processing. OpenAI searches for relevant published examples using selected business categories, then drafts your report from the answers you submit.
The email, name and company fields are kept out of those model requests. Resend sends the report email and PDF. Text you enter in an answer can reach OpenAI, so keep it general.
Untwined and the providers needed to fulfil your request handle this information. Sites and Cloudflare provide the website and database infrastructure; Google and Streak handle inbox, booking and enquiry follow-up; Resend delivers website emails; OpenAI processes the report work described above. Provider processing and support can take place outside Australia. We do not promise Australia-only storage.
What the report means.
The report is based on your answers, not access to your systems or a verified audit. Published examples are attributed to their sources. They are not Untwined client results or forecasts for your business. The report does not decide your eligibility for credit, employment or another service.
Requesting a report or sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Security cookies.
We use an essential, signed security cookie called __Host-untwined_visitor. It lasts up to seven days and lets the server recognise this browser, protect report access and limit repeated submissions without requiring an account. It contains a random identifier and expiry, not your email or answers, and page scripts cannot read it.
Our hosting also uses Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie to distinguish automated traffic and help protect the website from bots. It contains encrypted bot-detection information and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Cloudflare states that cookie data may be processed in the United States by default. This security cookie is separate from the visitor cookie described above.
Your answers stay in the current page until you submit. We do not automatically save answer drafts in browser storage. Clearing the security cookie or using another browser can prevent you from reopening a report on this website; an emailed PDF stays in your inbox. Optional analytics is explained below. This website does not use advertising pixels or session replay. The Google Calendar embed is a separate third-party connection and loads as explained above.
Optional website analytics.
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to our public Home and Contact pages, completed enquiries and software waitlist signups so we can improve the website. Google receives page information, a cookie-based browser identifier, technical and device information, and these analytics events. Page URLs sent to Analytics exclude query strings and fragments; referrer information is limited to the referring website’s origin. We do not send your name, email, phone, company, message, enquiry reference or report answers to Analytics.
Google Analytics stays blocked until you accept. After acceptance, first-party cookies called _ga and _ga_[measurement identifier] help distinguish browsers and sessions. We set them for up to 90 days without renewing their expiry on later visits. We remember your analytics choice in first-party browser storage for 180 days. We also remember saved receipt references and times locally to avoid counting the same enquiry or signup twice within 30 days. Older entries are discarded when another analytics-enabled enquiry or signup is processed; withdrawing analytics permission clears this local record. Receipt references are not sent to Google. Clearing browser storage or using another browser means making a new choice. Essential security cookies remain active whether you accept or reject analytics.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to reject analytics or withdraw permission at any time. Withdrawing stops future Analytics collection in this browser and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies. It does not delete information Google has already received. Actions completed before you accept are not later sent to Analytics. Analytics permission is separate from email marketing permission, and you can use the website and send an enquiry without it.
Google may process Analytics information outside Australia, including in the United States. The browser-cookie periods above are separate from retention of information already received by Google. Contact hello@untwined.com.au about information we hold or a privacy request.
How Google uses information from websites that use its services
Storage, access and removal.
Website records are not automatically deleted. Enquiries, report requests, answers, reports and processing records remain in the restricted databases for fulfilment and follow-up until manually reviewed or removed. Our email and other service providers also keep operational records under their own retention arrangements.
Access to a requested report through this website expires after seven days. Expiry does not delete the stored request or copies you have downloaded or received by email.
Email hello@untwined.com.au to ask about information we hold, correct it, request removal or raise a concern. Use the address involved where possible and include your enquiry reference if you have it. We check that the request comes from the right person before sharing or changing records.
Your privacy choices and rights.
You can ask us to explain the information we hold about you, provide access, correct it or remove it by emailing hello@untwined.com.au. You can withdraw analytics permission using Cookie settings in the footer and marketing permission by email at any time, without affecting an enquiry or booking.
The rights available depend on the law that applies to the processing. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, these can also include restricting processing, objecting to certain uses and receiving a portable copy of information. These rights can have exceptions; for example, some records may need to be kept to meet a legal requirement. Ask us about your circumstances.
You can raise a privacy concern with us using the same email address. You may also contact the privacy regulator relevant to your location and the processing: the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in Australia, the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, or your national data protection authority in the EU. Marketing-email concerns in Australia can be raised with the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
Agree project access before sharing.
Before project information is used, we agree what is needed, why, who can access it and which providers are involved. Redacted or synthetic examples may be enough for early scoping.
Give access a clear owner.
Permissions, secrets, logs, access removal and human review need named owners. Do not put passwords or keys into a process map or handover document.
Keep project responsibilities explicit.
The engagement sets out record handling, approved AI use, operating responsibilities, handover and support. Those arrangements depend on the project; they are separate from a website report request.
Changes to this notice.
We update the date above when this notice changes. Changes to this notice do not give us new marketing permission. We explain new uses of information and obtain a separate choice where required before starting them.
Website terms
This website is operated by One Ounce Eagle Pty Ltd, ABN 12 677 803 888, trading as Untwined. Updated 30 October 2026.
Information and enquiries
This website describes Untwined’s services and approach. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not, by itself, start a paid engagement. We agree the work, fees and engagement terms before service work starts.
Use the enquiry form for genuine business enquiries. Do not submit passwords, confidential third-party records or material you do not have permission to share.
Examples and reports
Illustrative workflows show possible approaches, not completed client results. Published third-party examples are attributed to their sources and do not predict your outcome.
Previously requested AI reports are based on the answers supplied and public research. They do not inspect your systems, replace professional advice or establish verified savings. Recommendations need checking against your actual work before implementation.
Bookings and external services
Bookings use Google Calendar. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy arrangements. Contact us if you need an alternative way to make an enquiry or arrange a conversation.
Your rights and our commitments
These website terms do not exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including applicable consumer guarantees. They do not change Untwined’s published first-month guarantee or an agreed engagement.
Questions about this website
Email hello@untwined.com.au about the website, an enquiry or these terms. Privacy and information requests are explained in our privacy notice.
Accessibility and alternatives
We aim to make this website usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and browser zoom. Our accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Using the site.
The homepage, enquiry form and software waitlist use labelled controls, visible keyboard focus and clear error messages. FAQs open independently. You can change text size using your browser, and the site respects reduced-motion preferences.
Booking a call.
The booking calendar is provided by Google. You can open it in a separate tab, or contact us by email if you cannot use the calendar or form.
Tell us about a problem.
Email hello@untwined.com.au with the page, the task and what prevented you from completing it. Include your browser or assistive technology if useful. We can help you access the information or make an enquiry another way.
Our review.
We review accessibility when the website changes. Automated checks do not cover every accessibility requirement. This statement does not claim independent certification or complete WCAG conformance.
